I recognize that life can bring periods of feeling stuck, disconnected, being caught in patterns of avoidance, anxiety, and discontentment. In response, I offer a trauma-informed, intermodal framework that incorporates creative and expressive arts therapies alongside evidence-based practices. Together, we work to build skills that foster intentional growth and healing from past experiences, empowering clients to move toward in their goals. I draw from EMDR, Brainspotting, Schema Therapy, DBT, CBT, IFS, Narrative Therapy, ERP and Creative/Expressive Arts modalities —tailored to each person’s unique needs.
